  • Travis Ganunis M.D., F.A.A.P.

    Dr. Ganunis was born and raised in St. Clair, Pennsylvania. He completed his undergraduate education at Franklin and Marshall College. He has lived in the Baltimore area for over 20 years. Dr. Ganunis attended medical school at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and graduated as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He continued on to do his Residency in Pediatrics at Johns Hopkins Hospital and was chosen as the Chief Resident in Pediatrics. Dr. Ganunis worked at Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital between residency and beginning his chief year.

    Dr. Ganunis joined Pavilion Pediatrics in 2000. In 2008, he won The Frederick J Heldrich MD award for outstanding medical student teaching. He is currently a Board Member of Parents and Children Together (P.A.C.T), an affiliate of The Kennedy Krieger Institute. Dr. Ganunis is board certified in pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

    Dr. Ganunis and his wife have two children and they enjoy spending time together as a family, skiing, and traveling.

  • Jason Goldstein M.D., F.A.A.P.

    Dr. Goldstein began his formal education at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. Prior to beginning his medical training he was involved in several youth development projects in the San Francisco Mission district where he served as director of education at a non-Profit organization Youth in Action. He was then awarded a CORO Fellowship, a leadership training and public affairs fellowship through which he developed a youth advocacy platform for the Center for Youth Development. He moved to Baltimore in 1997 to attend medical school at Johns Hopkins University. He remained at Johns Hopkins to complete his residency in pediatrics. Following residency he worked as an emergency room physician at GBMC for a year.

    Dr. Goldstein joined our practice in 2004. He also won the Johns Hopkins Medical Student Teaching Award in 2004. He is board certified in pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

    Dr. Goldstein and his wife have three children and enjoy spending time together as a family. Dr. Goldstein’s other hobbies include running, squash, traveling, and he also loves coaching his daughter’s soccer team.

  • Michelle Hearns M.D., F.A.A.P.

    Dr. Hearns was born and raised in New York and completed her undergraduate education at Cornell University. She then attended medical school at the State University of New York- Health Science Center at Brooklyn. She graduated as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She continued on to do her residency education at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

    Dr. Hearns began her work as a general pediatrician at Highlandtown Community Health Center. In 1999, she joined our practice. She is a board certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. In her free time, Dr. Hearns loves to travel.

  • Julie King M.D., F.A.A.P.

    Dr. Julie King was born and raised in Canton, Ohio. In 1995 she graduated with Honors from Northwestern University where she received her B.A. in American Studies. From 1996-1998, she taught elementary school in Compton, California with Teach for America, and went on to do graduate work in American History at the University of Pennsylvania. She then taught high school History and English at Columbus School for Girls in Ohio.

    In 2004 Dr. King began her premedical studies at the Bryn Mawr post baccalaureate program and then went on to earn her medical degree at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She stayed at Johns Hopkins to complete her post graduate residency in pediatrics. You may have seen and met Dr. King when she worked with our physicians during her residency training. She joined our practice in 2013.

    Dr. King and her husband live in Lutherville with their two children and enjoy exploring Baltimore’s many farmers’ markets, gardening, cooking, and seeking out new adventures in and around Baltimore.

  • Jennifer Broome M.D., F.A.A.P.

    Dr. Jennifer Broome was born at Fort Meade, MD and, as part of a military family, moved several times before her family settled in Manhattan, KS. There she attended high school, then went on to receive her undergraduate degree in Biology from Mount Saint Mary's University. After completing college, Dr. Broome worked in quality control for a company developing an acellular pertussis vaccine.

    Dr. Broome returned to Kansas and attended the University of Kansas School of Medicine from 1996-2000. In 2003 she came back to Maryland and completed her pediatric residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She worked for several years as a pediatric hospitalist, then general pediatrician before taking time off from practicing medicine to concentrate on growing her family. Dr. Broome joined our practice in 2015.

    Dr. Broome and her husband live in Baltimore with their four children. They enjoy coaching and watching their children play multiple sports.

  • Marisa Rush, CPNP

    Marisa was born and raised here in Baltimore, MD. She completed her undergraduate degree in Nursing at Stevenson University in 2016. She then worked as a nurse in Labor and Delivery for one year and in the Newborn Nursery at GBMC for four years. She completed her master’s degree at Maryville University in May of 2021 before having her second son in June of 2021! She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing as well as the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. 

    Marisa and her husband live in Sparrows Point with their two sons and two dogs and enjoy spending time together, going to the beach, and taking their boat out. 

  • Glenise Mbah, DNP, CRNP, FNP-C

    Dr. Mbah was born in Cameroon and raised in Montgomery County, MD. She attended Salisbury University for both her undergraduate and graduate studies. She graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in 2017 and soon after, worked as a Postpartum and Neonatal Assessment Nurse at George Washington University Hospital. From 2018-2022, Dr. Mbah worked as a Medical-Surgical Nurse at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Medical Center while pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. Dr. Mbah is specialized as a Family Nurse Practitioner but enjoys working with children. 

  • Ashley Davis, CPNP

    Ashley was born and raised right here in Baltimore, Maryland. She received her first undergraduate degree in Psychology and Communications from Goucher College. From there she went on to attend Johns Hopkins University where she received both her Bachelor of Science and Advanced Practice Nursing Degrees.

    Ashley brings with her nearly 13 years of pediatric nursing experience including 7 years as a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Ashley began her nursing career at Johns Hopkins Hospital and has spent the last 7 years in Pediatric Primary Care. She has served as clinical faculty for Johns Hopkins School of Nursing in both the undergraduate and graduate nursing programs. She has worked as a clinical nurse preceptor and has been involved in numerous nursing committees. Ashley is an active member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.

    Ashley lives in Carroll County with her husband, two daughters and Golden Retriever, Fin. She enjoys traveling, working out, listening to live music, and spending time with family and friends.
